When Sue Moffitt and I decided to set up an art gallery in a disused farm shed, Sue spent many hours looking for a suitable domain name. fifiefufum.com and fifiefofum.co.uk were available, and so started fifiefofum limited in 2003.
Over the years I collected various spellings but was unable to get the real mcCoy, fefifofum, as the Chinese domain name registrar that owned it wanted £12,000 for them!
In moments of boredom, I would sometimes check to see if fefifofum was available and one day was surprised to find that it had been dumped and I got it for just a few pounds.
However, having spent a great deal on brochures, advertising and PR using fifiefofum we decided not to reinvent the wheel.
Eventually however we felt that we had outgrown the zany identity and opted to call ourselves Westside Contemporary.
So, we have a giant of domain names that would more than enhance any new or relaunched zany or child related business and would entertain any offers in excess of £5,000 for all ten.
